Job summary

The Standard is seeking a RP Participant Experience Specialist to lead strategy and execution for retirement plan participant experience. You will collaborate with Sales, Service, Product, Marketing, and Technology to elevate engagement, education, and outcomes, championing the participant voice through data and feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or similar field.
• 3+ years in retirement plan, customer experience, or related area.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; translate complex concepts clearly.
• Experience using data and metrics to inform decisions.
• Experience developing participant education or marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of defined contribution retirement plans and behavior trends.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Service, Product, Marketing, Technology.
• Strong presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.

• Develop and evolve participant experience strategies aligned to business goals.
