Job summary

Strongpoint Partners is a tech-enabled retirement services platform serving small to mid-sized businesses with integrated retirement administration, recordkeeping, payroll, and HR solutions.

You will lead and coach a team of Retirement Onboarding Specialists to deliver seamless client onboarding, oversee the full onboarding process from document review to recordkeeper coordination, and build processes, maintain SOPs, and drive improvements to scale as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in onboarding or client implementation.
• Strong ability to build and document standard operating procedures.
• Proven track record of process optimization and scale.
