CPS Inc. is seeking a Retirement Loans & Distributions Specialist to support participants with loan and distribution transactions in a remote setting.

The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and excellent service as you process loans, withdrawals, rollovers, and distributions. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of retirement services or related experience, strong attention to detail, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retirement services, financial services, benefits administration, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of 401(k), 403(b), or other qualified retirement plans a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process retirement plan loan requests, hardship withdrawals, in-service distributions, and rollover transactions.
• Review participant documentation for completeness and compliance with plan guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to inquiries regarding loan and distribution options, processing requirements, and transaction status.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems.
• Ensure transactions are completed within service-level agreements and quality standards.
• Research and resolve participant issues, discrepancies, and escalated cases.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient processing and issue resolution.
• Stay current on retirement plan regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and special projects as needed.
