Five Star Solutions is hiring for a remote associate to support retirement plan participants with distribution and account inquiries. The role emphasizes fast-paced, customer-focused service and requires a background in finance or retirement services along with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls and emails, resolving benefit-related issues, and documenting cases in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Background check will be required by state and federal laws
• 1 year of prior customer service, call center, or office experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling billing and account information
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
• Professional and empathetic approach to customer concerns
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be comfortable cross training on other accounts

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound participant calls, emails, and voicemails with professionalism and provide accurate answers to basic inquiries
• Resolve client issues related to benefit programs and procedures
• Respond to inquiries about retirement benefit payments in a fast-paced service center
• Conduct web-based training sessions for clients as needed
• Escalate client issues to supervisors when necessary
• Use multiple applications (Amplify, Word, Excel, Salesforce) to manage inquiries and transactions
• Document all cases in Salesforce accurately and thoroughly
• Promote online reviews when appropriate
• Create Salesforce tickets for check copies and related requests
• Support filing, record maintenance, and document imaging
• Participate in training to enhance knowledge and skills
• Provide back-up support for participants/account holders
• Perform other duties as assigned
