Five Star Solutions is seeking motivated associates to support retirement plan participants with distribution and account inquiries in a remote role. The position welcomes applicants from a broad list of states and emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle inquiries, document cases in Salesforce, and participate in periodic training sessions. The role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to navigate multiple systems,

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year in customer service or call center
Experience with billing and account information
Able to navigate multiple computer systems
Strong communication, empathy, and professionalism
Comfortable cross-training on other accounts

Responsibilities

Respond to retirement benefit payment inquiries in a fast-paced service center
Conduct web-based training sessions for clients as needed
Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
Create Salesforce tickets for checks, 1099-Rs, stop/reissue requests
Document all cases thoroughly in Salesforce
Provide back-up support for participants/account holders
