Five Star Solutions is seeking motivated associates to support retirement plan participants with distribution and account inquiries in a remote role. The job emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to train and grow within the team.

You will handle calls, emails, and web-based training while using Salesforce and Office tools to manage client data. The position requires a focus on confidentiality, reliability, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background check as per state and federal laws.
• 1 year of customer service, call center, or office experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling billing and account information.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Professional and empathetic approach to customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound participant calls, emails, and voicemails with professionalism and provide accurate answers.
• Resolve client issues related to retirement benefit programs and procedures.
• Respond to inquiries about retirement benefit payments in a fast-paced service center.
• Conduct web-based training sessions for clients as needed.
• Escalate client issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Use multiple applications (Amplify website, Word, Excel, Salesforce) to manage inquiries.
• Document all cases thoroughly in Salesforce case management.
• Create Salesforce tickets for check copies, 1099-Rs, and related requests.
• Assist with filing, record maintenance, and document imaging.
• Participate in training to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Provide back-up support for participants/account holders.
