Job summary

Five Star Solutions is hiring for a remote customer service associate to support retirement plan participants with distribution and account inquiries. You’ll handle inquiries, document cases in Salesforce, and assist with billing and account information from a home office.

No relocation required, based in the United States. Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service or call center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service, call center, or office experience preferred.
• Familiar with billing and account information.
• Able to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Professional and empathetic approach to customer concerns.
• Comfortable cross training on other accounts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries related to retirement benefit payments in a fast-paced service center environment.
• Document all cases thoroughly in Salesforce case management.
• Create Salesforce tickets for check copies, 1099-Rs, and related requests.
• Provide back-up support for participants/account holders.
• Maintain accurate records and promote online reviews when appropriate.
