Five Star Solutions is seeking motivated associates to support retirement plan participants with distribution and account inquiries in a remote role across multiple states. The position emphasizes customer-first service in a fast-paced environment and welcomes experience in finance or retirement services.

The role involves handling calls, emails, and voicemails, resolving issues, applying web-based training, and utilizing Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools to document and manage inquiries.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age required.
• Background check compliant with state and federal laws.
• 1 year of customer service, call center, or office experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling billing and account information.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to cross-train on other accounts.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound participant calls, emails, and voicemails with professionalism.
• Provide accurate answers to basic inquiries and resolve client issues.
• Address retirement benefit payments inquiries in a fast-paced service center.
• Conduct web-based training sessions for clients as needed.
• Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Use multiple applications (Amplify, Word, Excel, Salesforce) to manage inquiries.
• Document all cases thoroughly in Salesforce case management.
• Promote online reviews where appropriate.
• Create Salesforce tickets for check copies, 1099-Rs, and related requests.
• Assist with filing, record maintenance, and document imaging.
• Develop understanding of company operations and client needs.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge.
• Provide back-up support for participants/account holders.
