Five Star Solutions is seeking motivated associates to support retirement plan participants with distribution and account inquiries in a remote, full-time role. You will deliver exceptional customer service while handling billing, account information, and data entry in Salesforce and other systems.

The position requires about 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work across multiple applications.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year previous customer service or call center experience
• Comfortable handling billing and account information
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
• Professional and empathetic approach to customer concerns
• Must be willing to cross-train on other accounts
• Respond to retirement benefit inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Document cases thoroughly in Salesforce

Aufgaben

• Respond to inquiries related to retirement benefit payment issues
• Conduct web-based client training as needed
• Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
• Create Salesforce tickets for check copies and related requests
• Document all cases in Salesforce case management
• Provide back-up support for participants
• Navigate multiple applications (Salesforce, Excel, Word, Outlook) to manage inquiries
• Promote online reviews when appropriate
• Assist with filing, record maintenance, and imaging
• Develop understanding of company operations and client needs
