Qualifikationen

• 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with billing and account information.
• Able to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Professional and empathetic approach to customer concerns.
• Comfortable cross-training on other accounts.
• Respond to inquiries about retirement benefit payments in a fast-paced center.
• Document cases thoroughly in Salesforce.
• Use Salesforce, Amplify site, Word, and Excel daily.

Aufgaben

• Respond to retirement benefit inquiries in a fast-paced service center.
• Document all cases in Salesforce case management.
• Create Salesforce tickets for requests (1099-Rs, check copies, etc.).
• Provide backup support for participants/account holders.
• Attend scheduled and ad hoc training sessions.
• Escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
• Navigate multiple applications to support benefit data and sites.
