Job summary

Five Star Solutions seeks motivated associates to support retirement plan participants with distribution and account inquiries. This remote role suits those in OH and other states, offering a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

Candidates with a finance or retirement services background and strong customer service skills will thrive. Training occurs during the first week; daily hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00am–8:00pm (EST), with a $15 hourly base plus a $1 shift differential.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older as required by state law.
• Background check may be required by state and federal laws.
• One year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Ability to handle billing and account information confidentially.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Comfort with navigating multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound participant calls, emails, and voicemails with professionalism and accuracy.
• Resolve client issues related to benefit programs and procedures.
• Address retirement benefit payment inquiries in a fast-paced service center.
• Conduct web-based training sessions for clients as needed.
• Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Use Amplify, Word, Excel, and Salesforce to manage inquiries.
• Document all cases in Salesforce with accuracy.
• Create Salesforce tickets for requests like check copies and 1099-Rs.
• Assist with filing, records, and document imaging.
• Develop understanding of company operations and client needs.
• Participate in ongoing training to grow knowledge and skills.
