Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking motivated associates to support retirement plan participants with distribution and account inquiries. This remote role requires comfort with billing, account information, and navigating multiple computer systems.

Training will be provided, and the team will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service or call center experience and strong written and spoken communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year previous customer service, call center, or office experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with billing and account information.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries related to retirement benefit payments in a fast-paced service center.
• Conduct web-based training sessions for clients as needed.
• Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Document all cases in Salesforce case management.
• Provide back-up support for participants/account holders.
