Job summary

AnewHealth in Ohio is seeking a Retention Specialist to handle inbound calls from patients wishing to cancel and to retain them through proactive outreach.

You will assist with payments, inquiries, and claims, escalate issues as needed, maintain confidentiality, and uphold a patient-first attitude while delivering stellar service. This is a full-time remote role with 40 hours per week and potential travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in collections or customer service.
• Experience in a high-volume, phone-based environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls from ExactCare’s existing patient base.
• Assisting with general inquiries, making payments, and questions regarding claims.
• Handling patient concerns and escalating issues to retain patients.
• Maintaining a positive, patient-first attitude and stellar service.
• Keeping knowledge of products and services current and compliant.
