Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Retention Specialist to handle inbound calls from patients wishing to cancel services and to engage in outbound outreach to encourage return. The role emphasizes patient-first service, issue resolution, and retention strategies across a remote, full-time schedule.

You will need strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple software systems while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in collections activities or customer service.
• Experience in a high volume, phone-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from patients wishing to cancel service.
• Assist with general inquiries, making payments, and questions regarding claims.
• Handle patient concerns and escalate issues as needed, ensuring all efforts are made to retain existing patients.
• Maintain a consistently positive attitude and patient first approach to deliver stellar service to all patients.
• Maintain current knowledge of products and services offered.
• Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.
