Job summary

AG1 is seeking a detail-oriented Retention & Loyalty Analyst on a 6-month contract to support loyalty programs. This role blends reporting, experimentation, and cross-functional operations, including test setup, monitoring, and actionable recommendations.

You will partner with Data Science, DIT, and program owners to keep tests moving, manage dashboards, and prepare MBR/QBR materials. Remote work in the US.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with recurring dashboards.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing principles and significance.
• Curious, proactive data approach identifying gaps and opportunities.
• Familiarity with KPIs for loyalty, retention, and ecommerce (LTV, churn).
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with data science partners on analytics requests.
• Experience with ticketing tools (Jira, Asana) for recurring reporting.

Responsibilities

• Help manage A/B testing across loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Monitor loyalty and retention dashboards, flag trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop KPI tracking, scorecards, and recurring reporting across loyalty and churn metrics.
• Analyze results to identify gaps and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Manage merch planning for the loyalty program, including inventory tracking.
• Prepare data for MBR/QBR reporting on loyalty performance and retention.
