Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Remote Retail Territory Manager for the Los Angeles area. You will manage Home Depot/Lowes accounts, drive top-line sales, and map customer routes using Power BI, Salesforce, and ShowPad.

This role requires regional travel and close collaboration with store and district leadership to execute national and local activations. You will analyze store performance, coordinate inventory for promotions, and maintain key relationships with pro users.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Retail Sales Experience in Consumer Goods.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8-10 annually).
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs and performing light physical tasks.
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to drive growth.
• Familiarity with IT business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales to meet quarterly and annual POS goals.
• Partner with Store and District Managers to align strategies with retail goals.
• Analyze POS by store and promotions to develop territory plans.
• Coordinate with Sales Ops to ensure inventory for promotions.
• Execute national event activations and local territory campaigns.
• Manage budgets and drive profitability for initiatives.
• Build relationships with Pro end-users through product training and demos.
