Mondelez International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery success across assigned Texas-based accounts. You will lead a team, optimize displays, and collaborate with retail partners to energize store performance and brand presence.

The role blends strategy with hands-on execution, requiring strong relationship skills, data-driven planning, and the ability to navigate complex retail environments.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business process understanding.
• Physical activities: lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally).
• Background check and drug test completed.
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program offered.

Responsibilities

• Hit the numbers: deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers.
• Drive flawless in-store execution and rollout of priorities.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Plan growth with data-driven strategies based on store demographics.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to identify opportunities.
• Optimize resources by deploying merchandisers and order writers.
• Oversee product ordering, displays, and unsaleables with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships.
