Kendal King is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Retail Sales Operations Analyst to support our Sales and Account Management teams. This role requires hands‑on experience with Walmart Retail Link and Supplier One, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and a strong understanding of retailer item setup, purchase order management, and retail operations.

The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and comfortable managing complex data and multiple priorities. This individual must be able to independently navigate Walmart's systems, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues with minimal training.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Walmart item creation, setup, and maintenance within Retail Link, Supplier One, and other applicable retailer systems.
• Maintain accurate item information, including UPCs, pricing, pack configurations, dimensions, and supplier details.
• Review, track, and reconcile retailer purchase orders, identifying and resolving
• Manage retailer supplier agreements, account documentation, and system requirements.
• Coordinate EDI transactions and troubleshoot issues with third‑party providers.
• Support item setup and order management across additional retailer platforms as needed.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze, validate, and reconcile large datasets.
• Develop and maintain reports and trackers for item information, purchase orders, pricing, inventory, and sales.
• Identify data discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Support financial reconciliations, reporting, and account‑level analysis.
• Partner with the Sales Director and Account Managers to support retail program execution and account needs.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Finance, Production, and Transportation to ensure program accuracy and timely execution.
• Support new retailer and supplier onboarding, including system setup and documentation.
• Proactively identify operational risks, resolve issues, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
• Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and cross‑functional communication.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive hands‑on experience with Walmart Retail Link and Supplier One, including item creation, maintenance, and purchase order management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS, conditional formatting, and working with large datasets.
• Previous experience supporting Walmart retail accounts within a supplier, broker, or

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial reconciliation, P&L analysis, and retailer agreements.
