United Natural Foods, Inc. seeks a Retail Merchandising Manager to lead in-store merchandising operations and drive Shelf Services programs across UNFI retail partners. You will oversee regional field teams, manage merchandising resets, and align with retailer goals for space optimization and sales growth.

The role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, Assortment, and DC Operations, maintaining budget accountability and strong operational excellence.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in retail, preferably grocery or specialty channels.
• 5+ years in team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• 5+ years in sales or customer service.
• Wholesale buying and/or retail operations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and manages regional field teams, staffing with qualified candidates, assigning work, and monitoring progress against goals.
• Leads team development through mentoring, performance management, coaching, and enforcing policies.
• Maintains customer satisfaction through regular communication with Account Managers and leadership.
• Oversees merchandising projects, store layout reviews, and reset execution.
