United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI) is seeking a Retail Merchandising Manager to lead in-store merchandising operations, oversee regional field teams, and drive Shelf Services programs across retail partners in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related area preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Auto Insurance levels meet UNFI requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages regional field teams, staffing with qualified candidates, assigning work, and monitoring progress against goals.
• Leads team development through mentoring, performance management, coaching, and enforcing policies.
• Maintains customer satisfaction through regular communication with Account Managers and leadership.
• Oversees merchandising projects, store layout reviews and reset execution.
• Represents Shelf Services Merchandising philosophies with independent retailers and evaluates opportunities for increased sales.
• Communicates with UNFI personnel on competitor activity and merchandising needs; develops action plans and reset schedules.
