Job summary

CRH, through Oldcastle, is hiring a Retail Merchandiser to cover big box stores in the El Paso market. The position is remote and requires living in El Paso, TX, with daily store visits and periodic travel.

You will support Department, Store and District Managers, manage in-store displays, monitor stock, and assist with events and trainings. Valid driver's license, vehicle, and ability to lift up to 80 pounds are needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to customer locations and Oldcastle sites.
• Daily travel to and from company locations and/or customer locations; some overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a consistent daily/weekly visit schedule to stores.
• Monitor inventory levels using cycle counts and reports; coordinate with service and replenishment teams.
• Participate in regional training/classes and events.
• Lead or participate in customer events and product demonstrations.
• Build and install product displays and resets; ensure safe stacking.
