Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, seeks a Retail Merchandiser to cover big box stores in the greater Miami area. The role is remote, with responsibilities including store visits, inventory monitoring, event participation, and new display installations.

You will work with store and district managers to optimize shelf space and showcase products. The position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to travel daily, and comfort working outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for travel to customer locations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Daily travel to and from company and customer locations; some overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and maintain a consistent daily/weekly store visit schedule.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with service/replenishment teams.
• Participate in regional training classes and customer events.
• Set up product displays and store resets; ensure safe, properly stacked displays.
• Suggest improvements to maximize shelf space.
