Job summary

Oldcastle APG, Inc. is seeking a Remote Retail Merchandiser to cover big box retailers in the El Paso, TX market.

The role requires travel to customer locations and periodic overnight stays, with a focus on arranging displays and collaborating with store and district managers. The position offers hourly pay between $18.00 and $24.00, plus a monthly auto allowance and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), disability, health/dental/vision, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required for travel to locations.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform physical tasks daily.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily/weekly store visits to meet customer needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with service/replenishment teams.
• Participate in regional training and customer events.
• Set up product displays and manage store resets.
• Ensure safe product stacking and displays.
