Job summary

Electrolux Group in California is hiring a District Manager III to act as a strategic partner for key retail customers, driving profitable growth and market share. You will integrate sales strategy, merchandising, analytics, and CRM to optimize revenue, assortment, promotions, and consumer experience.

The ideal candidate is analytical, results-driven, and skilled at influencing stakeholders with a track record in retail program execution and sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of sales, account management, retail customer management, or related business development experience.
• Experience developing and executing sales strategies, merchandising programs, and promotional initiatives within a retail environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
• Must reside within the Southern/Central California market and be able to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer-specific sales strategies that drive profitable revenue growth, market share gains, and product mix optimization.
• Partner with customer stakeholders and internal teams to expand assortment opportunities, launch new products, and execute go-to-market initiatives.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and market performance data to identify trends, measure results, and develop action plans that improve business performance.
• Create and implement promotional and merchandising strategies that maximize ROI and increase brand visibility.
• Lead sales training and engagement initiatives to strengthen retail associate knowledge and advocacy across the Electrolux brand portfolio.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to improve key business metrics, including sales performance, product availability, customer satisfaction, and returns management.
