Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is actively seeking a Construction Project Manager for a 12-month contract in San Diego, CA (Remote). The role requires leading multiple retail construction rollouts, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget while meeting brand standards.

You will coordinate with Design, Real Estate, Finance and Operations, manage schedules, budgets, and change orders, and oversee external construction vendors to successful completion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple retail construction projects.
• Strong vendor/contractor management skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction rollout of new retail locations with external vendors.
• Own construction delivery, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery per designs and brand standards.
• Coordinate with Design, Real Estate, Finance, Operations and vendor teams; manage schedules, budgets, POs, change orders and post-opening activities.
• Demonstrate vendor performance, project controls, and proactive stakeholder communication; drive multiple concurrent projects to completion, preferably using Smartsheet.
