Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Sr Program Manager – Retail Construction to lead a multi-store refresh program. This remote role supports a nationwide rollout, coordinating schedules, budgets, and contractors across locations while minimizing store disruption.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in retail construction, strong vendor management, and proficiency with Procore, Smartsheet, MS Project, and Excel. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing multi-site retail or commercial construction projects.
• Experience delivering national retail rollouts or refresh programs.
• Strong knowledge of fixtures, finishes, and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of national or regional retail store refresh rollout.
• Manage master program schedules, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Review estimates, bids, change orders, and pay applications.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and brand teams for updates and revisions.
• Oversee contractors, millwork, fixtures, and specialty trades across stores.
