You will coordinate approximately five locations, manage schedules and budgets, and collaborate with vendors, contractors, and clients to keep projects moving from planning through delivery.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, detailed documentation, and strong cross-functional teamwork, with ~20 hours per week over five months.

Qualifications

• Experience in architectural project management and retail design or construction.
• Strong budgets, schedules, and documentation management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leads meetings.
• Organized, proactive with multitasking across priorities.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors and clients.
• Proficiency with standard PM tools for scheduling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, milestones, deliverables across multiple retail projects.
• Coordinate internal teams, clients, vendors, general contractors, stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, follow up on items.
• Identify schedule risks and coordinate solutions to maintain momentum.
• Build and maintain project budgets and communicate status to leadership.
• Organize project documentation and distribute information timely.
• Onboard and brief vendors on requirements, schedules, expectations.
• Monitor vendor/contractor deliverables and resolve issues.
• Support senior leadership and contribute to PM process improvements.
