Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Retail Architectural Project Manager to lead design and delivery of architectural projects from concept through completion. This remote role supports clients across the United States and requires coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors using AutoCAD and Revit.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Architecture or related field, at least 3 years of retail project PM experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of architectural project management experience with retail projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Solid knowledge of construction management and project planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail for project delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional license in Architecture or Engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the architectural project from planning to completion.
• Create detailed architectural designs using AutoCAD and ensure standards.
• Supervise the construction process and resolve issues.
• Maintain strict quality control procedures for all work.
• Lead a team of architects and engineers and foster collaboration.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill project requirements on time.
• Review and update project plans and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
