Job summary

Accurate Group LLC is seeking an experienced RESWARE ADMINISTRATOR to support its title and closing departments. You will handle daily user support, data maintenance, testing, and documentation while following established procedures.

Key responsibilities include maintaining workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and onboarding new users. The role emphasizes collaboration with management and other departments to drive improvements in the ResWare system.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years related experience or training.
• ResWare admin and closing workflow knowledge required.
• Experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to ResWare users and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain workflows, user access, and system configurations per procedures.
• Perform data entry, validation, audits, and data cleanup for accuracy.
• Document issues and resolve routine questions, escalate where needed.
• Test approved system enhancements and report results to management.
• Support implementation of approved system changes and onboarding.
• Maintain documentation for procedures and user guides.
• Coordinate with operations to identify process improvements.
• Participate in routine quality assurance activities.
