Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced restructuring and turnaround professionals to help train our AI model on creating professional presentations and slide decks. This flexible, fully remote role offers 5–20 hours per week at $100/hour, with ASAP start.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years at a restructuring advisory firm or distressed practice and can craft lender and creditor-facing materials under tight time pressures, with expert PowerPoint skills and precise written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in restructuring, turnaround, or distressed advisory
• Experience producing lender and creditor-facing materials under time pressure
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Develop decks for 13-week cash flow exhibits, lender updates, turnaround plans, creditor materials, and situation overview decks under tight deadlines
