Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced restructuring consultants to help train a foundational AI language model on professional presentation tasks. You will create and refine AI-generated slides for 13-week cash flow exhibits, lender update decks, turnaround plan presentations, creditor materials, and situation overview decks, drawing on 4+ years in restructuring advisory.

This fully remote role offers $100 per hour, flexible 5–20 hours per week, with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in restructuring, turnaround, or distressed advisory.
• Experience producing lender and creditor-facing materials under time pressure.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Train AI models on professional presentation tasks and slide deck production.
