Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Business Development Representative in San Jose, CA, offering a remote path within California. You will identify, engage, and consult with restaurant owners to grow a national partner network and drive revenue through Grubhub/Wonder platforms.

Responsibilities include heavy cold calling, in-person demos, and pipeline ownership while collaborating with a dynamic, commission-driven team. A Bachelor's degree and fluency in English are required; experience in hospitality or CRM

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required; bilingual in Spanish or Chinese a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Dynamic personality with positive attitude and drive to excel.
• Coach-ability and openness to feedback for growth.
• Strategic thinker with judgment to plan and achieve goals.
• Persuasive with a track record in fast-paced, quota-driven roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive cold calling (60+ dials per day) and multi-channel outreach.
• Manage a territory and own the full sales pipeline from prospecting to close.
• Secure appointments and present the value of partnership with Grubhub/Wonder.
• Travel for in-person sales pitches to merchant owners and close deals.
