Job summary

National MS Society is seeking a Manager, Response Marketing to oversee the offline direct response program, manage the agency of record, and route campaigns through review processes. The role supports the AVP and builds cross-team relationships to grow donor revenue and strengthen acquisition pipelines.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in fundraising project management and marketing campaign execution, with experience managing agencies or vendors and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of fundraising project management and marketing campaign execution.
• Experience managing agencies or vendors.
• Knowledge of revenue generation through mail, email, and digital marketing best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the offline direct response program, including agency of record management, campaign routing, oversight and quality control.
• Identify and test opportunities to expand offline direct response into new channels and audiences.
• Incorporate internal creative feedback and review all campaign versions.
• Assist AVP, Response Marketing with day-to-day priorities and program needs.
• Coordinate production and fulfillment with external partners and vendors.
