Job summary

INRespite, LLC. is seeking a part-time Respite Services Coordinator to manage client enrollment, caregiver onboarding, and scheduling in CareSmartz360. The role emphasizes reliable, compliant, and person-centered service, requiring an independent work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year scheduling/administrative experience preferred.
• Proficient with computer systems and digital documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new client enrollment from referral through service initiation.
• Collect, review, and maintain intake documentation.
• Enter and update client and caregiver records in CareSmartz360.
• Coordinate caregiver onboarding and ensure clearance prior to assignment.
• Create and manage client-caregiver schedules in CareSmartz360.
• Match caregivers to clients based on availability and needs.
• Monitor scheduling coverage and respond to changes promptly.
• Maintain organized digital files and compliance records.
• Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and leadership.
• Protect confidentiality of client and employee information at all times.
• Escalate concerns to supervision when appropriate.
• Uphold INRespite's mission of compassionate, person-centered service.
