Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, training, recruitment, and contracting.
• Three or more years of experience in operational planning and budget alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develops resource plans aligned with project timelines.
• Assists in managing vendor relationships and procurement processes.
• Analyzes resource utilization data to optimize resource use.
