Job summary

Southern California Edison is seeking a Resource Management Business Planning Manager to lead the annual and monthly resource planning for the SC&M division. You will direct Advisors and Specialists, coordinate with maintenance, test and construction field forces, and ensure efficient allocation of resources within approved budgets.

You will oversee tools and processes to track workload, provide strategic guidance, and mentor staff while maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal

Qualifications

Five or more years of combined experience performing or supervising resource management or business planning activities.
Experience using ERP and CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Directly manage a team in developing and managing annual and monthly workload plans for O&M and capital projects.
Build relationships across SC&M to provide visibility of near and long‑term resource requirements and workload.
Manage workload reporting (plan vs. actual) and ensure adherence to budgets.
Lead strategy and governance for resource allocation, process improvements, and tool enhancements.
Mentor staff and administer performance management and salary discussions.
