Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking an experienced Resource Manager for the U.S. East Coast Offshore Wind Region.

You will recruit technicians, manage demand vs capacity, and implement squad-based resourcing to support SQDC targets while building trust with internal teams and customers. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Site Operations, this role blends remote and regional office work with travel to RI/MA sites. It emphasizes leadership, training coordination, process improvement, and a strong safety

Qualifications

• Degree in administrative discipline with extensive people management experience.
• At least 4 years’ experience leading or managing others.
• Capable of working offshore at site wind farms.
• Significant experience of offshore wind, onshore wind, or power plant maintenance operations
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration in global environments.

Responsibilities

• Recruit GE technical resources for windfarms and squad-centric mentality.
• Evaluate demand vs capacity to ensure resources meet requirements.
• Establish plans for technician development and recruitment.
• Coordinate with training center for course availability and planning.
• Lead resourcing planning and coordinate with internal/external partners to obtain needed skills.
• Facilitate transparency of resourcing plans with customers and stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement and knowledge retention within area of responsibility.
• Lead issue resolution and process improvements across departments.
• Lead recruitment and talent development for high performing operational roles.
• Support competency framework and Safe System of Work governance processes.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
