Job summary

You will oversee ServiceMax governance, FSL integration, and forecasting, while pushing digitization and analytics to improve utilization, backlog management, and executive reporting.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree with 6+ years in controls, extensive GE Controls experience, and strong leadership with a track record in program management and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and a minimum of 6 years Controls experience.
• OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years Controls experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with GE Control Products and Mark VIe systems in Services, Engineering, Commercial Operations, Project Management, or Field Execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead global resource planning and workforce management activities.
• Own ServiceMax assignment governance and compliance.
• Lead FSL integration and adoption initiatives.
• Develop services SIOP and resource forecasting processes.
• Improve utilization, billability, scheduling effectiveness, and backlog management.
• Drive dashboard automation and operational reporting digitization.
• Implement AI-driven service operation use cases.
• Develop executive operational dashboards and visualization tools.
• Partner with Regional Service Managers to improve assignment rates and resource efficiency.
• Drive backlog coverage and convertible opportunity management.
• Establish operational data governance standards.
• Support digital transformation projects improving execution productivity and forecast accuracy.
