GE Vernova is seeking a Resource Management & Digitization Leader to drive workforce planning, resource utilization, and AI-enabled service operations across global services. You will optimize ServiceMax, lead FSL integration, and develop analytics dashboards to improve forecast accuracy and productivity.

A strong background in GE Controls, Mark VIe systems, and cyber security is required. Remote role in the United States with competitive benefits and a discretionary annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years controls experience, or HS with 10+ years controls experience.
• 4+ years' experience with GE Control Products and Mark VIe systems in Services/Engineering/PM/Field Execution.
• 10+ years of GE Controls Product Systems experience (Mark VI/VIe/LCI/EX2100), plus OT cyber security and field engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead global resource planning and workforce management.
• Own ServiceMax assignment governance and compliance.
• Lead FSL integration and adoption initiatives.
• Develop services SIOP and resource forecasting processes.
• Improve utilization, scheduling, and backlog management.
• Drive dashboard automation and operational reporting digitization.
• Implement AI-driven service operation use cases.
• Develop executive operational dashboards and visualization tools.
• Collaborate with Regional Service Managers to improve assignment rates.
