Job summary

You will lead governance, strategic roadmaps, and cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and deliver measurable ROI.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in program leadership, Lean Six Sigma experience, and strong communication skills to influence diverse teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, or digital transformation leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Proficiency with Lean/Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
• Experience implementing AI/automation and integrating digital tools.
• Strong strategic thinking and influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for integrating AI and automation into core business processes.
• Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI, data privacy, model integrity, and security standards.
• Partner with IT and leadership to ensure investments align with objectives and ROI.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline processes and reduce cycle times and costs.
• Provide regular high-level briefings on progress, risks, and recommendations to executives.
