Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Services AI Portfolio and Governance Leader to provide strategic oversight of AI initiatives within Gas Power Services, bridging strategy and execution while owning the centralized intake process and measuring ROI.

The role partners with GenAI Process Managers, IT/DT, and business stakeholders to drive cross-portfolio visibility, eliminate duplication, and standardize processes, enabling organizational transformation through training and content development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 6 years of experience in program/portfolio management, digital transformation, or operational leadership in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience defining and tracking portfolio-level KPIs, adoption metrics, and ROI measurement.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, standards, or compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-portfolio visibility across all Services AI initiatives; manage the AI initiative pipeline, track milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Own and operate the centralized intake process for new AI use cases and requests; evaluate, prioritize, and route incoming ideas; identify duplicates and opportunities to consolidate efforts.
• Define and track adoption metrics, AI token spend versus business value delivered, and cost-benefit analysis per initiative; build and maintain portfolio health and ROI dashboards.
• Serve as the AI Governance lead for Services AI; establish and enforce standards for responsible AI usage, data handling, model management, and solution lifecycle governance.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures, playbooks, and repeatable frameworks for AI solution delivery, change management, and program execution.
