Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience including 2 years in public administration/nonprofit sector.
• 3 years of related experience, including working with databases and budgets.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience with community engagement techniques.
• Experience with strategic planning, development, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stakeholder engagement by planning actions, meetings, events, and materials.
• Deliver engagement activities to build working relationships for projects and address stakeholder needs.
• Design community consultation exercises and analyze results to inform decisions.
• Build and coordinate community partnerships and events to enhance collaboration.
• Plan, manage, and deliver events on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Enterprise teams to generate ideas for conferences and events and develop proposals.
• Deliver small project workstreams within defined time and quality constraints.
• Develop relationships with Advisory Councils and identify priorities and strategic challenges.
• Ensure funding program compliance with portfolio policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist others with external and internal communications systems and support.
• Develop capabilities through training and coaching; pursue relevant accreditation and maintain knowledge of tech and regulatory best practices.
