Job summary

Converge Technology Solutions seeks a Services Operations Manager to oversee resource allocation and forecasting across the organization. You will coordinate with Sales, PMO, Delivery Leaders, and Operations to ensure the right resources are matched to projects in a timely manner.

The role leads the Resource Management Desk team, guiding staffing coordinators and analysts, driving utilization, workforce planning, and governance to maximize revenue attainment while balancing employee development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or PMO operations.
• Experience forecasting, capacity planning, and utilization reporting across multiple projects/teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-wide resource allocation across services, projects and clients.
• Maintain visibility into resource demand, capacity and forecasted needs.
• Lead staffing governance, workforce planning and utilization optimization.
• Provide reporting and dashboards on staffing, capacity and utilization.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Delivery, and Operations to align resources with commitments.
