Bankonit Inc. is seeking a Solutions Resource Supervisor to manage a technical resource pool, forecast demand with PMs, and align staffing to project needs.

The role emphasizes capacity management and delivery enablement over direct task supervision, with compensation in the mid-range for the market. The position requires strong leadership, collaboration with PMs, Program Manager, and Tech Leads, and a focus on utilization, workload balance, and delivery quality within a full-time office

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT delivery, operations management, or resource management.
• Experience with project-based delivery models (PMO or professional services).
• Experience managing technical staff in regulated/high-availability environments.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with capacity planning, utilization tracking, and workforce forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a resource pool of technicians aligned by skill sets and aptitudes.
• Forecast resource demand in collaboration with PMs and the Program Manager.
• Assign technicians to projects based on skill alignment, availability, and business priority.
• Balance workloads to prevent burnout, underutilization, or skill stagnation.
• Monitor delivery health and intervene when resource or capacity risks emerge.
• Conduct performance management activities, including goal setting, coaching, and annual reviews.
• Partner with Technical Leads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Serve as the escalation point for resource conflicts and staffing challenges.
