Job summary

Veristat seeks a Senior Resource Management Manager to lead enterprise-wide resource planning and capacity governance across global teams. You will forecast demand, align resources to client and project needs, and drive data-driven decisions with senior leaders.

The role requires strong analytical capability, experience coordinating across service lines, and a track record in managing resources in a CRO or professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Operations, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in resource management, capacity planning, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-wide resource management across Service Lines, functions, geographies, and stakeholders.
• Monitor current and future capacity using project forecasts, backlog and sales pipeline to anticipate demand.
• Identify resource gaps and risks and support timely, data-informed workforce decisions.
• Establish and drive enterprise resource management standards, reporting, data quality, governance, and system adoption.
