Job summary

World Relief seeks a skilled communicator with strong administrative and organizational abilities for initial resettlement work. The role focuses on planning and delivering PIR Network trainings, virtual cultural orientations for new arrivals, and developing technical assistance resources for the initial resettlement program.

The candidate will coordinate peer training across offices, track outcomes, and ensure high-quality programming across World Relief’s U.S. network.

Qualifications

• Requires mature, personal Christian faith and alignment with World Relief's mission.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in refugee resettlement or grant-compliance context is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to training content and resource development for the field, including Thinkific modules.
• Oversee cultural orientation curriculum and its facilitation at the local level.
• Conduct virtual Cultural Orientations for new arrivals and track completion network-wide.
• Plan and facilitate PIR Network trainings and resettlement conferences.
• Provide consultation to field staff and monitor training implementation.
