Job summary

World Relief seeks an experienced Program Officer for refugee resettlement to support national offices with strong program administration and coordination. You will manage daily casework, pre-arrival/post-arrival activities, monitor compliance, and help develop guidance and training across WR’s U.S.

network. Required: at least two years in resettlement, excellent writing/editing, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience working in resettlement.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Domestic travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day required case management tasks and provide technical assistance for post-allocation.
• Maintain accuracy of databases and support monitoring and reporting.
• Develop and maintain program guidance, tools, and training content.
• Review field reports and provide timely feedback within deadlines.
• Coordinate with training officers to implement annual training plans.
• Ensure program compliance across WR's portfolio and support field offices.
