Job summary

SCP Hospitality Manager LLC is seeking an intentional Reservations Sales Agent to support and represent our new reservations department. This fully remote role will handle reservations for our portfolio of hotels, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service and driving bookings. The role requires self-motivation, strong communication, and tech savviness.

Hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. PST, with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Hotel Reservations or Hotel Front Desk (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Tech-savvy, able to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process reservations promptly and accurately in the hotels’ reservation systems.
• Upsell room upgrades, dining options, and activities to increase revenue.
• Maintain guest profiles and update reservations accordingly.
• Provide concierge services with knowledge of local area and hotels’ offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
