Job summary

SCP Hospitality Manager LLC is seeking an intentional Reservations Sales Agent to support our remote reservations team. You will manage reservations across our portfolio of hotels, communicate with guests, and upsell services. This fully remote role operates 9 a.m.

to 9 p.m. PST with weekend availability required. We offer a pay rate of $21 per hour plus bonus incentives up to $500 per month, a tech stipend, generous leave, a 401(k) match, and travel perks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel reservations or front desk preferred.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection required.
• HS diploma or higher.
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft, GSuite, and new software.

Responsibilities

• Capture and maximize reservations using effective selling techniques.
• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve issues to satisfaction.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Assist guests in finding accommodations based on preferences and budget.
• Upsell services such as upgrades, dining, and activities.
• Accurately record hours using SCP’s timekeeping system; never work off the clock.
