Job summary

The Dunlin, Auberge Collection, on Johns Island near Kiawah River, SC, seeks a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests with warmth, orchestrate arrivals and departures, and deliver a memorialized hospitality experience in a luxury setting.

As a front-line host, you will manage check-ins/check-outs, handle reservations, and provide concierge-level assistance while maintaining brand standards and data accuracy. Previous luxury experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in same or similar role.
• Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
• Experience in a luxury environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service by managing check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail
• Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations, concierge-level assistance, and prompt resolution of concerns to enhance the overall guest experience
• Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and handle reservations using property management systems while ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy
• Uphold luxury brand standards by presenting a polished, welcoming demeanor and ensuring every guest interaction reflects excellence and hospitality
• Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and management teams to ensure seamless communication, operational efficiency, and consistently high service quality
